Agreement
Dear Sir
For a period of time, Alfa
Laval has been analysing the route to market through various
sales channels. Until now, our policy for promoting Valves,
Centrifugal Pumps, Tank Equipment and Installation Materials has
been largely focused on direct sales to all customers.
Our conclusion from this analysis, is that in order to continue
our growth strategy, and enhance our service and support to
yourselves, we need to now maximise Distribution as a sales
channel. The real issue is in choosing the right partner not
only for us but for our customers also, a company who can offer
the same service and commercial level that you have been used
to.
Formed in June 2002 specifically to market Alfa Laval products,
ITS is headed by Peter Jeans, who has many years experience with
Alfa Laval and it’s products. We would, therefore, ask you to
route all enquiries/orders via ITS from this date. In the event
of Alfa Laval receiving correspondence or communication direct
we will refer the requests to ITS.
In conclusion, I hope you appreciate the changes we are making,
and that these will bring enhanced service/support to
yourselves. Should you however wish to discuss any aspect
further, please contact myself and I will address these
immediately.
