Conveyors
Our conveyors are made according to a single principle based on an horizontal oscillations with rapid return (Patented MCPI).
Compared with systems with vibrations
- The movement does not have any vertical component, as a result, the motion of the parts is smooth (they do not jump), they are not shocked therebetween. It is possible to transfer very unstable parts.
- The movement is given by a cam shaft generator (not with an electro magnet). This technology has many advantages: reliability, ease of speed control (by frequency) and many kinematics are available (stroke lenght, acceleration …). The kinematics of the oscillating movement can be selected to optimize the application.
- The ability to achieve long transfers with a single generator.
- Superior speed, up to 200 mm / sec.
