This week, Nick Willetts, Liza Lavender, and Tamsin Smith made the trip to Kolding, Denmark, to visit the Alfa Laval team — a valuable opportunity to reconnect, share our latest plans, and look ahead together.
The purpose of the visit was to present ITS’s updated 3-year business plan following recent changes in our management team and to share progress made so far. As the UK Master Distributor for Alfa Laval’s fluid handling range, this was an important moment to solidify our relationship, introduce ourselves to new contacts, and ensure we remain fully aligned as partners.
Our ITS leaders were welcomed by Michael Weber, who gave an in-depth tour of both the Alfa Laval factory and the Application and Innovation Centre. Seeing the technology and innovation up close was not only inspiring but a real reminder of the quality and precision behind every Alfa Laval solution.
The team also spent time with Paw Kramer, who guided them through Alfa Laval’s commitment to sustainability, with a focus on smart valve features like BurstClean and PulseClean. These innovations are designed to support cleaner, more efficient CIP processes while reducing water and energy usage — something that’s increasingly important to our customers and industry at large.
