Packages
Our packages are provided to give customers peace of mind that somebody is always at hand to help 24/7 365 days a year. ITS can be called out for planned maintenance needs along with any emergency requirements that may arise.
With options to suit all budgets, not only do our packages offer technical support, we also include training, equipment health checks, inventory logs and discounts on any spares purchased through ITS for your equipment. You can also choose to pay for your package on an annual or monthly basis, making it easy to plan costs and section budgets.
ITS Gold, Silver or Bronze servicing packages are inclusive of travel, hotel and subsidiary and emergency call-out costs, no matter where you are in the UK, so you will never be stung by hidden charges or costs that hadn’t been accounted for. You can also choose to pay for your package up-front or by spreading the cost over 12 monthly payments.
