The ITS team participated in a focused 2-day Contherm Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger (SSHE) Service & Maintenance Training at Alfa Laval’s facility in Kolding, Denmark.
Daniel Hinton, our Servicing & Maintenance Manager, and Nick Willetts, Managing Director, attended the training to boost our in-house expertise and share knowledge across the business, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. This initiative is key to strengthening our technical capabilities and ensuring our internal teams are equipped to deliver the highest levels of support to our customers in the UK.
We’d like to extend a special thanks to Rajadayal and Giovanni, for their warm welcome and expert guidance throughout the training. The training was incredibly well put together and packed with valuable insights.
The training covered a range of key topics, including the identification and function of core Contherm SSHE components, maintenance intervals, and recommended spare parts. It also included best practices for servicing and operational checks, along with how to carry out health and condition audits to support planned maintenance scheduling. Our team also gained a solid understanding of the working principles and typical applications of Contherm systems. Altogether, the training has strengthened our ability to provide expert support across hygienic industries.
