LK SIDE-ENTRY AGITATORS
VAK KIMSA offers a range of sanitary side-entry agitators LK of high performance and low cost.
This range responds to the demand of the market for low-cost side-entry agitators, provided with VAK KIMSA reliability and warranty.
LK side-entry agitators are useful for homogenization and keeping in maintenance of large volumes tanks of milk, oils, fats, wine, soft drinks, juices (without pulp), biodiesel, etc.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
* Power: from 0.37 to 4 kW.
* Tri-phase electric motors: 230/400V, 50 or 60 Hz with IP-55 protection.
* Helical gear motor with reinforced bearing.
* Stainless steel fixing flange
* Spring single mechanical seal.
* High performance TRIVAK impeller, with high flow and low power * consumption.
* Solid shaft threaded to axle with o-ring.
* Easy assembling and maintenance.
* Material in contact with product AISI 304 or AISI 316.
* Finished: electro-polished, polished RA<1.32 microns, RA<0.76 microns or pickling.
