After just four months, one of our customers booked in their quarterly check-up with our ITS Servicing & Maintenance team. During this visit, our servicing team focused on a detailed inspection of the process line pumps handling viscous products at their preservative site.
The servicing team carried out a full strip-down of two pumps, dedicating two hours to each – inspecting key components, including bellows and O-rings for damage. The team also measured the disc and cylinder for wear and checked the coupling alignment and condition.
