🚨Spoiler alert – A bit of background: The soft drink system included multiple components, each presenting unique challenges for measurement and control. In the degassing tank, where oxygen is removed from water under vacuum conditions to prevent taste deviations, precise volume measurement was crucial for process efficiency. Similarly, during carbonation, CO2 is added under high pressure, and the end product is stored in a stacking tank to maintain pressure until filling. Accurate and fast level measurement was essential for constant levels and process control.
