Madi is hands-on, learning real-world skills in servicing and maintaining valves, pumps, and hygienic process flow equipment – crucial components in industries like food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and brewing.
🔹 What has Madi been working on?
✅ Disassembling & Rebuilding Valves – Understanding how hygienic valves function, ensuring smooth operation in processing systems.
✅ Pump Maintenance & Repairs – Learning how to inspect, troubleshoot, and service pumps to keep them running efficiently.
✅ Testing Equipment for Leaks & Wear – Using industry-standard testing methods to ensure components meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
✅ CIP (Clean-in-Place) System Support – Assisting with cleaning protocols to maintain high hygiene levels in food & drink processing environments.
✅ Gasket & Seal Replacements – Learning the importance of correct materials and installation for process integrity.
✅ Technical Drawings & Component Identification – Developing skills in reading schematics to understand system layouts and functions.
