On Employee Appreciation Day, we kick off the ‘Our Team’ series, with our newest recruit, Daniel Hinton. Dan started working with ITS in January 2024 and has already become a key member of the team, so we thought we’d share a little about him…
With over 13 years of dedicated service in the vibrant food industry, Dan has honed his skills in project management, fault finding, and service delivery, both in-house and through coordinating external contractors.
At Suncream Diaries he was a proud member of the HACCP/VACCP/TACCP team, committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, ensuring operational targets were not just met, but surpassed. Dan’s mantra revolves around maximising performance through structured delivery of KPIs, all while meticulously adhering to customer specifications and regulatory standards like CCP, GMP, and H&S.
At Malone Group, Dan navigated through a diverse array of projects, from PLC programming, obsolescence, to facility management, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in every endeavour, and during his studies at South Staffordshire College mastered electrical installations and executed engineering operations with finesse.
Beyond the professional realm, Dan’s passions ignite a spark of creativity and fulfilment. Whether it’s tinkering with radio-controlled cars or diving into the world of electrical gadgets, he thrives on innovation and exploration. Building a tranquil pond for his beloved Koi Carp reflects the nurturing nature Dan has and his dedication to craftsmanship.
Amidst the whirlwind of responsibilities, Dan is also joyously immersed in planning his upcoming wedding, embracing each moment with the same meticulous attention to detail that defines his professional ethos. With every project, personal or professional, he approaches it with unwavering dedication and ITS are very pleased to have Dan on our team, utilising these hard-earned skills and knowledge.
