Matt Jeans’ journey with ITS began at its inception, working alongside his father, Peter Jeans, in securing Alfa Laval distribution agreements and establishing the key supplier partnerships that formed the foundation of our business. His contributions to the early systems setup, process efficiencies, and commercial negotiations were instrumental in shaping ITS’s strong reputation in the industry. However, Matt’s passion for business growth and digital transformation led him to explore new avenues, where he has since built an impressive career. Currently Executive Director of Global DTC & Performance Marketing at a leading global skincare brand, he played a key role in scaling the business from a 2018 start-up to a billion-dollar unicorn (https://beautymatter.com/articles/augustinus-bader), overseeing Global DTC, including Performance Marketing, Customer Experience, Development, Infrastructure, and responsible for the global eComm P&L. His expertise in strategic growth, commercial leadership, and digital transformation will be a huge asset to ITS, ensuring we remain competitive and agile in an evolving market. Now, as part of a long-term succession strategy, Matt is making a greater investment in the family business, bringing his strategic insight and commercial expertise to help drive growth, efficiency, and future-proofing at ITS.
