ITS Festive Bake Off 2025 🎄👨‍🍳

It is that time of year again when the ITS team gets to show off their talents. True to form, our technically minded crew put on their aprons and pulled out their chef hats.

On the menu, we had Liza Lavender with a cheesecake featuring a crunchy base, a layer of Christmas pudding, white chocolate and brandy-infused cream, and topped with heavenly Lindt truffles. 🎂

Next up, Tracy Buckingham served a decadent chocolate Yule log with a side of cherry kirsch. 🍫🪵

And for the showstopper, Dan Dunn won everyone over with a rich and hearty beef lasagne packed with cheesy goodness in every layer and garnished with fresh basil. A true chef’s kiss.
