Our ITS Servicing & Maintenance Manager, Daniel Hinton, is back at Alfa Laval HQ in Kolding, Denmark, for a full week of refresher training with Alfa Laval’s expert team, hosted by Kurt Kjellerup and Kamilla Søgaard Poulsen – focusing on Hygienic Fluid Handling and the servicing of Alfa Laval’s hygienic equipment.
🛠️What the training covered:
The session provided an overview of Alfa Laval’s hygienic handling portfolio, including Single Seat Valves, Mixproof Valves, Positive Displacement Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Agitators, and Spray Heads. The training also went in-depth on key theories such as pump curves and fault finding, followed by hands-on experience with stripping down and rebuilding the equipment.
We keep on track with these sessions to maintain high standards, expand our knowledge, and continue delivering the technical solutions our customers deserve.

After completing the training, our team refreshes and refines their skills, which are then shared across the business through short, focused in-house sessions and hands-on workshops at our ITS Servicing Centre.
