Tracy has brought an exceptional level of organisation and team morale to ITS, making her an invaluable asset to the company. Her ability to maintain an excellent rapport with customers is one of her standout qualities, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional. Tracy’s colleagues and clients alike admire her dedication and infectious enthusiasm, which have significantly contributed to a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Tracy has always been a passionate football fan, with her love for sporting heroes tracing back to her teenage years. At 14, she became obsessed with Chris Waddle, and her admiration for football stars has evolved through the decades. In the ’90s, it was David Beckham who stole her heart and continues to hold a special place in her home. Nowadays, Jack Grealish has the power to make her feel all giddy.
After finishing school, Tracy attended Bournville College, where she studied Food & Hygiene, passing all her courses with flying colours, particularly excelling in Pastry and Desserts. To fund her weekends and her car, she took up part-time work as a silver service waitress. Her culinary skills landed her a position as a pastry chef in an exquisite restaurant in Belbroughton. However, Tracy eventually left the kitchen behind to help run the family business, selling and installing fireplaces. She managed the Bromsgrove showroom while her sister oversaw the Sutton Coldfield branch, with their dad and uncles handling the installations.
Tracy’s love for the open road led her to become a delivery driver for ICL Ltd, a professional photographic company. This role was perfect for her, allowing her to be out and about, meeting new people every day. She then spent 13 years at IAC managing a large, multimillion-pound automotive customer account, before moving on to ITS, where she further honed her skills in sales and management.
When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys attending gigs—recent highlights include JLS, McFly, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Justin Timberlake. She also indulges in her guilty pleasures, such as watching Home and Away and Love Island, reading soppy love stories, and exploring the universe’s mysteries.
Tracy loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends, whether it’s on holidays, girlie weekends, or just socialising. She may not have a long list of accolades, but she’s proud of being an independent, happy, and healthy individual, a cool auntie, and an awesome friend. And after a night out, she always manages to wake up exactly where she’s meant to be (there are more stories we could tell here – but we’ll leave those for another time!), ready for the next adventure.
