Its dual‑seal design prevents powders and liquids on the floor surface from entering the room below, while also creating a tight seal around the exterior of the pipe. In addition, it seals the gap between a standard supporting floor flange and the floor surface itself.
For added security, the Double Sided Pipetite® can be permanently fixed to the floor using standard fasteners.
