Make Sure first, before removing the cap!
The Pre-Sure™ Cap is a smart, pressure-indicating device built into a stainless steel Tri-Clamp ferrule, designed to show at a glance whether a system is pressurised. It fits a standard 2″ Tri-Clamp ferrule and enables operators to quickly assess if a pipeline is under pressure.
When the pressure reaches 0.34 bar (5 PSI) or above, a vivid red indicator extends outward, providing a clear visual warning that it is unsafe to disconnect fittings or open/adjust valves.
Constructed with a Class VI silicone diaphragm and a 316L stainless steel retainer, both components are fully traceable to support safety and compliance requirements.

Thanks to its robust, compliant design, the Pre-Sure™ Cap is ideal for hygienic applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is supplied with a 2″ Tri-Clamp connection, and the diaphragm can be replaced easily without tools.
